Clinical Services
All telehealth consultation fees, membership fees, and service fees are non-refundable once the service has been rendered. If you have questions about a charge please contact us at privacy@venusandmarswell.com before your scheduled appointment.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment are subject to a $50 cancellation fee as outlined in your Financial Agreement.
Medications and Labs
Medications and laboratory tests are prescribed and fulfilled by third-party pharmacy and lab partners. These items are custom-ordered and non-refundable under any circumstances. For questions about medication or lab orders please contact the fulfilling partner directly.
Third-Party Products
Products purchased through third-party affiliate links on our website — including supplements, wearables, and health devices — are subject to the return and refund policies of those respective vendors. Mars Well is not responsible for returns, refunds, or exchanges on third-party products. Please contact the vendor directly for return assistance.
Membership Cancellations
You may cancel your membership at any time by providing written notice at least five business days before your next billing cycle. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods.
